Description: Ralph is a very small and thin cat who is completely black with a few white hairs on his chest/neck. He is very friendly and often very greedy with food. He's been missing since the 27th July and never goes far from his home (Heol Pwllypant Caerphilly) and is never gone for more than 2 hours at a time.
